They are always kind and courteous and easy to work with. Also, my electricity rarely goes out. They are a great coop.
I needed services due to moving to a new place because my previous electric provider does not cover in their area but once I called to get this situated, I talked to a lady named Bailey. She was very helpful and a very fast process. Thank you, Bailey.
South Plains Electric Co-op is FANTASTIC! We have three properties in Lubbock, and the other two are on two separate provider services. SPEC outshines them by a mile! The service is so reliable with far fewer outages, stable pricing, and THE BEST customer service we've experienced anywhere in a long time. I just got off the phone with Bernice who is AMAZING!
