I messed up and didn't get my new address changed on time. I tried to do it on-line but I got frustrated with the website. A sweet lady named Kathy helped me on the phone and I am so appreciative.
I have used them for my business since 2021. We usually have all our technicians and employees (12-15) working 10-12 hours a day from March to November. We might use our building from December to February 2-3 days out of the week by one person maybe two in strange cases…. however, our electric bill during our down months is quadruple what it is when we are actually working. Honestly so happy i am able to have service with them. Any time i call they are always so sweet and understanding. You will always talk to an actual human being :)
My Nana's house transformer went out 2 times that's not normal this needs to be fixed immediately
