Dr Strahan is fantastic, he listened to my concerns and took them in to consideration. I highly, highly recommend his services. From the moment you speak to his office manager, Miley, who deserves her own review for her knowledge and professionalism, to the actual surgery and post operative care, everything was handled with the utmost expertise and professionalism. Mark is an excellent plastic surgeon. He is very helpful and has a cheery personality. He explains the options open to me regarding my Dupytrens Contracture and follows through on my surgery and aftercare. His Receptionist, Mylie, is very polite and helpful. His partnership with Handworks is great and I have had a great experience from my initial consultation through to recovery. Mark and his team are a pleasure to deal with and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anybody in need of plastic surgery.
Mylie, Dr Strahans receptionist, went above and beyond to assist me. After a simple phone call, and a few emails, she was able to educate me succinctly and had patience for me while I grappled with new processes and terminology. Ultimately, Dr Strahan does not offer the assistance I'm seeking, but I felt that Mylie's direct and careful service was outstanding and customer focussed. She ensured I was directed to a provider who can assist me and I feel she deserves commendation for her dilligence and empathy.
My husband Paul and I think Dr Mark Strahan is amazing. He has a lovely bedside manner,very patient and explains everything in detail. Dr Mark Strahan receptionist was very polite and helpful. I would highly recommend Dr Mark Strahan.
