Bad Experience The doctor used a treatment that actually made my pet worse off. He would not call me back when I sent him a letter with my concerns. A second doctor there actually told me to use the treatment that the first doctor said to discontinue. I wouldn't take a pet goldfish there again. I wish I could have given it only 1 star.

Best place to take your pet This is the place to go - period. I drove down from Dallas and it was worth the time and effort. Dr. Brayley and Dr. Herrmann were great and they saved my min schnauzer. Dallas surgeons wanted to install a pace maker (risky) for cataract surgery (dog has a minor heart issue). Dr. Brayley and Dr. Herrmann teamed up and worked it out so that it was not necessary - and my dog sees 100% now. The staff are all great - very kind, considerate and personal. My dog suffered while they talked money!! I brought my dog in after I had been treating him at home under the care of a vet (from another office) who had instructed what to do. When it seemed he wasn't getting better and was in extreme pain, my friend and I took him to this Vet ER Clinic. Upon arrival, my friend told them we had no money. They got my dog from the car and put him in a room. He lay on a table and after an examination the vet said he needed to be put to sleep.
