Edit to original post: I still won’t voluntarily go here any more but did want to say that the dr and nurses were nice but unwilling to treat someone in extreme pain. The response was to treat with over the counter NSAID’s, go see my dr, have my dr prescribe PT and or an MRI or send on to surgical if needed. I was at a 9 (a 10 is losing a limb) on the pain scale, my left leg dragging or not working at all, searing, white hot shoot pain. I just wanted the edge off. I had a really positive experience with both the ER staff and the OR doctor, and I wanted to share my appreciation. From the moment I arrived, everyone was professional, attentive, and genuinely kind. They did an excellent job of making me feel comfortable during a stressful situation. What stood out most was their balance of care and personality, they knew exactly how to ease the tension with just the right amount of humor while still being respectful and focused. Some of the worst staff in existence. Rude, unprofessional and extremely inconsiderate. These people seem to simply not care for the well being of their patients at all, but rather the money they can make off of them.

Excellent, professional and caring staff. Highly recommend SPH for a mammogram. The entire team is very thorough, responsive and have excellent active listening skills. The facility, program and services are efficient, effective and well run. To me, this is the ideal setting and team to ensure continued health. Also, I felt like a human here. They focus on what matters and are talented medical professionals. Cheers and thank you!
