I asked the groomer not to shave my poodles ears and to leave a poof on her head. To my surprise when I picked her up she was completely shaved. I will NEVER return!!!

A big high five for Southpaw dog grooming. Took our 14yr old lab who is 90% blind, arthritic hips and a cancer survivor there yesterday. They did a great job with her. Usually after baths the next day she can barely get up, but this time - no issue with that and she was clean and smelling good. Thanks Southpaw!
Twice now, these folks have rescued my grandpuppy's dignity after a bad home haircut. They are kind, caring and do nice work. I have not had that experience elsewhere.
I was really happy when Dad picked me up yesterday because even with the really great people here I don't like baths. Mom and Dad are really happy with the great job and my claws don't click on the floor anymore. I have to admit these people really treated me special and when I need bathing, and grooming again I'm going to ask to come back. Thanks for all the special attention. Love, Lacey
