I have never actually lived here but have visited several times. There could be issues that a visitor wouldn't be aware of but I can say that I really like this place. It just feels good to me. I like the look even if some may think it is dated.
Pros: Location, Location, Location! Property is very well maintained. Most residents are friendly. It's quiet most of the time. Cons: Doesn't allow pets of any kind, SUPER thin walls can hear neighbors coughing, sneezing, peeing, and EVERYTHING else
I tkae care of the property here i like this place the people are nice its right across from the beach.
I have lived here over two years and worst management company ever Always trying to get out of paying for the routine maintenance. Drains clog because of old pipes 1964 and trying to blame owners Very slow in responding to complaints also
