As soon as a "partner" was mentioned, they kicked into full homophobic drive. Despite having special needs kids and needing something immediate, they refused to accept any form of income provided and stated that bc I wasn't married to my... partner (yes that word was greatly emphasized,) they couldn't accept their income even if they were on the lease. The house on 111 Hammond Dr was worst house they got real bad pest problem and black mold too she will not come fix anything wen we call her she waiting days to come out to check anything
