I rented through Southpark Realty for two years, and my experience was wonderful. Diana was always professional and easy to work with. She genuinely made renting a stress-free experience. I only moved because I relocated out of state. If I were still in the area, I would have been happy to continue renting from Southpark Realty. I highly recommend Diana and Southpark Realty to anyone looking for an honest, reliable property manager.
As soon as a "partner" was mentioned, they kicked into full homophobic drive. Despite having special needs kids and needing something immediate, they refused to accept any form of income provided and stated that bc I wasn't married to my... partner (yes that word was greatly emphasized,) they couldn't accept their income even if they were on the lease.
