My experience was good.
The staff was responsive and the office was respectful of my time, in that I taken back to the exam room in a timely fashion around my appointment time. The perio assistant was personable and professional...a delight! And Dr. Maggie Shaw was patient and attentive in explaining the procedure and what to expect afterwards. The procedure went off without a hitch, there was little pain during or afterwards, and the healing and post-procedure checkup also went well.
