They never answer the phone??? It's so bizarre, I call at different times throughout the day and it ALWAYS goes to voicemail... Not ideal when it's regarding your health, and doesn't foster a calm and stress free experience!!! Edit: Regarding the owners response, I did leave a voicemail, and then the office closed for the day without responding. That is what is frustrating, it takes multiple days to get ahold of someone. Beautiful, clean, friendly clinic. The receptionist was outstandingly gentle and polite, typical wait time like any doctors office— I was in and out in under an hour. Dr. Fatima is genuinely one of the best doctors in the area and is a credit to her profession. She is kind, quick, and no-nonsense but still very very friendly. I feel very well taken care of here. Not sure what all the negative reviews are about.
Rude support staff and the DR doesn’t care at all. If your apt is running late it’s likely because the Dr hasn’t left her home. I have meds and she doesn’t care to renew them when she told me she would renew for a year. I needed to find a new DR, obviously not going back to this clinic. I am not a professional and act more professional than anyone in her clinic. I would never treat people that are already suffering the way her and her staff treated/treat me.
