We just finished working with South Park for the second time and had an equally excellent experience. We tackled a wide range of improvements to our house over a 6 month period. I highly recommend working with South Park. The team is completely reliable, always professional, courteous and hard-working. South Park will always be my first call if I have a problem at home.
We hired South Park for what ended up being a gut-job of a 100+-year-old triplex. We had worked with an architect and had drawings in hand before hiring SP. Almost immediately, we knew we had made the right choice: SP looked at the drawings and offered extremely valuable feedback, ultimately making the layout more practical and functional. I cannot say enough wonderful things about South Park Design Build. I had read other excellent reviews online and decided to meet with SPDB to assist with an exterior renovation to our home (replacing all windows/sills, doors, porch/balcony, roof). From the minute we e-mailed SPDB, Eric was extremely responsive, thorough and reliable. We LOVE our newly renovated basement space. South Park took a drab, dark, and awkward layout and worked with us to make it bright, happy, and functional for our family. All of the trades were kind and helpful too, which was a big plus!
