I genuinely love living here so much. Susan has been the most help in all of this and she is genuinely such a delight. It is a very calm, cozy and quiet area and it is truly the most peacefully I have ever lived. Maintenance is always quick to help. I 1000% recommend living here if you are looking for a nice peaceful place.
I met Susan on a Saturday while she was sitting in at another apartment complex. She was very helpful and informative. I came in the following Monday and by the end of the day was approved for the apartment. I have been very well pleased with the upkeep of the building, quick responses to any requests or needs by Susan and the maintenance staff. It has by far been one of my easiest moves.
South Park is a great place to live! They are doing all kinds of great updates to the place and if maintenance is needed, they jump on it right away! And they are super easy to contact. We are really happy here! Furthermore, the manager Susan is amazing and super helpful and friendly!
I have lived here for almost 2 years and if there is a problem presented Susan has made sure to help me asap! and maintenance has been very good at fixing what needs to be fixed in a timely manner . :)
