Really happy living here. The complex is clean, the neighbors are respectful, and management is quick to help when needed.
I like this property! It is centrally located and super convenient. Awesome that it is so close to the park, shopping, and the interstate.
Very pleasant staff, easy process, great community.
Do not apply here! They will take your deposit, and pet fees then deny your application. Susan the manager is so unprofessional. Their screening process is not accurate or Susan's scamming. After taking my money they denied me for having a loan with my bank and "no rental history". I've lived in my current apartment for over 8 years never missed a payment. This apartment complex horrible. They charge crazy move out/cleaning fees. Susan, the apartment manager is really bad and is sneaky and is just back stabbing. She does not care about the tenants at all. Overall not recommend these apartments.
