I have lived at South Park apartments for 3 yrs. I really like the central location- it takes about 20 or less to get anywhere in the Omaha area. I thought the freeway nose would bother me but I don’t really notice it-sometimes when things are really loud. The reason I didn’t give a 5 star rating is because parking is a challenge- there are enough spots it’s the angle of the spots. Great place to live at quite and safe.
I only lived here for about a year, but I think that management is great. Application was quick, and Susan works with you every step. Maintenance is extremely responsive and gets things done in a timely manner (I never had any major issues. Just super small fixes). It’s pretty much always quiet as well, which is a plus. My only issue/concern is sometimes the random acts of car break ins/stolen packages. I’ve been here for 2 years now and I never had a single issue ! They’ve created a safe space for me and my kids and I couldn’t be more grateful ! Every staff is lovely and amazing ! Highly recommend!!
