Used to like living here but rent increase after completing my lease agreement and for renewing my lease monthly rent cost went higher almost 25% rather than staying the same or going lower for being able to complete the year lease agreement and property does need updating and remodeling to a more modernise life style living ONLY GOOD THING WAS THE POP MACHINE IN THE 24HOURS LAUNDRY ROOM ALWAYS STOCKED WITH WATER AND PEPSI PRODUCTS FOR $1.25 (16OZ DRINK ) but am sure that cost will also go up :-(

DO NOT RENT HERE BED BUGS BAD PROPERTY MANAGEMENT AND OVERCHARGING TENANTS DON'T RENT AT SOUTH PARK APARTMENTS ....MANAGEMENT ALWAYS APPLYING NEW FEES FOR YOU TO PAY OTHERWISE SUFFER EVICTION GLAD I KEPT RECORD OTHERWISE WILL BE STUCK HAVING TO PAY NOW THAT I MOVED OUT AFTER COMPLETING A YEAR LEASE AND GIVING THEM NOTICE THEY ARE TRYING TO CHARGE ME MORE THAN $200 IN FEES FOR NOT RENEWING MY LEASE AGAIN THEY STATE I DIDNT TURN IN MY KEYS WHEN I MOVED OUT AND ITS BEEN MORE THAN A MONTH NOW AND STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY $540 S... read more
