I think the Chamber of Commerce does an excellent job. It also has an excellent opportunity to periodically remind its members on how businesses should properly display and fly the U.S. Flag . Furthermore, it might want to remind its members that the American Legion, the Military, and other organizations periodically conduct proper flag burning ceremonies if the Flag they ( the business owner) owns needs to be disposed properly because it is tattered, torn, faded, in poor condition.
