Reception is rude. Filled out a MRF for my son to see a new pediatrician and they still haven’t received anything which is pushing my sons NEEDED vaccines back. When I called and asked I was told to “just fill another one out” on top of them being mad that I switched my son in the first place.
My kids habe been seeing the doctor for many years. We never had any problems at all. One thing they can improve is hand hygiene, and not using the same gloves over and over.
We absolutely love Evelyn. She is incredibly kind and genuinely cares about the children. She takes the time to talk to them and even offers valuable life advice. Thank you, Evelyn! ❤️
