They weren't careful at all, and I was in a lot of pain after my appointment. It's shocking how little they seem to care about paitent comfort. From my experience It appears as if paitents are treated like cattle. Overbrowded filthy waiting rooms and overworked staff provide little care or consideration of privavy. Paitents are never put first here. The Doctor is incredibly rude and seemed like he wanted me in and out as fast as possible. I feel like my appointment was pointless. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. Their office was kind of gross. I was scared I was going to catch something from being in the office. Whenever I've visited their office, it's always smelled really bad. They really need to clean or sterilize the office more. The magazines in their waiting room were so boring. It made my time in the waiting room drag. They are crooks too. They will tell you what you owe and then send you bills. They sent me a bill a year and a half later and tried to tell me they were fighting with my insurance company for that long.
