After spending one year I recommend.. As far as little corks here and there which you will have in any Apartment complex South Onieda is a larger space. Affordable rent. The two ladies in the leasing office Izella and Bernice are professional and polite. If you have a maintenance issue. The response time is usually with in the hour or that day... overall wasn't a bad place to rent from. Keep in mind that the bank, grocery store and anything else you need is right outside your door...
Overall pretty okay, leasing office is always putting out notices about inspections and things after they close about the next day. And God forbid you live in the A building because every single inspection they do they will be there, doesn't seem like they value tenants time or privacy
