I noticed the trucks when driving to my studio and reached out via their website contact email. I received a same day reply saying they would be by my house within a week to give me a quote. Less than 4 days later I had a quote with options, and booked them. Rob said it would be sometime in the next 2 weeks and would give me a date asap - well it was less than a week and I had a date to come cut down a large dead tree, a partial tree and grind the stumps.
