Friendly and thorough!
They're OK, but you'd better know what you're doing before you go there. I went there to have all my teeth removed and get dentures, and when the happy day came that the dentures I had paid them $1000 in cash for were ready, I was given the dentures and a box to soak them in and sent on my merry way. There were no written instructions on how to get used to them and what to do to take care of them, so all I could do was come home and Google everything.
