Great facility and amazing caring staff I had an incredible 28 days here
I am not a patient at this facility, nor have I ever been one, but I recently had to visit a patient here and the experience was absolutely awful. From the moment I arrived, the staff were condescending, dismissive, and outright rude. It felt like they were actively trying to make things more difficult, as if helping visitors or answering questions was a burden to them.
