We were the sellers on a transaction made 02.may.2025 in Huntsville AL. The documents presented to us for signing were incorrect. My husband pointed this out and our closing agent said she knew nothing about it. She just does the closings. Changes were made on the initial paperwork, but the new paperwork also had incorrect figures on it. When ask again why the numbers were incorrect our closing agents response was I don’t know.
