Called to make an appointment and I was on the phone with a very rude secretary that tried to make it impossible for me to reschedule and appointment I already had. Her job is to get people in to see the doctor when they can and need too. Not to make it harder. Then this secretary tells me to hold on and deliberately hangs up. I call back to asked who I was speaking too and the new secretary said I do not know who you could spoke to. There is 17 of us. This is not a way to bring on new patients. I feel bad for this doctor.
