You can polish a tird all you want. Expand your parking and build a modern wing. But your patient care is terrible. I visit my relative and I have to ask for bedside service to be provided. It’s been few days and I get no Information when I ask.
This hospital is the worst!!!! Nurses and doctors are horrible!!!!! I left without any paperwork I have no idea what they did to me when I was there!!! Nooo drs names were even given to me! They wouldn’t even give me a bottle of water would not tell me any results! All they did was stuff to bill insurance! They are not getting a dime from me or my insurance!
I just gave birth here for the 3rd time in 4 years and every time has been a good experience. It’s a clean, bright hospital with the most wonderful staff. No birth goes according to plan and every pregnancy had its challenges but throughout all 3 I felt comfortable I was in the right place. In 2022 and 2024 I delivered with Dr. Polak who is no longer there but was amazing from wk 6 to 40. She educated me along the way and when it was time to have the babies I knew I was in good hands. This review is based solely on the new emergency room setup. There is absolutely no privacy when coming in and no regards to patients HIPPA rights. Whereas the previous ER had a private triage room/area to share presenting concerns, DOB, identifying info etc it's now in one big open area! I couldnt believe it. They also have waiting chairs for guests to sit, directly in front of the person who takes your private information! Let’s Just say there is an ‘undertone’ here It seems certain people are expected to ‘know’ their place. There was a patient having an altercation in an area near me and one of the nurses came immediately talking nasty to me thinking I was the patient. I don’t need this I’ve been here for 5 hours already in massive pain and have yet to be treated. The charge Nurse is equally as nasty in disposition.
