I wouldn't take my dog here, let alone a family member. My mother was here for about a week. On the second day they lost her dentures, I'm guessing they just threw them away. As a result of that, she can no longer eat solid food or speak so that she can be understood. A new set of dentures is $3,500. The Executive Director has yet to return my phone call regarding the dentures. At least he should call and admit their mistake and apologize!!
Worse experience of my entire medical recovery. Nurses not following my Doctors orders when changing my wounds and with medication. Cleanliness is beyond unsatisfactory.

my stay was great, professional team, very loving and caring, they were there for me and attended to all my health needs, Michele Cantu was The Bomb, excellent, Thanks again South Mountain acute, God bless all of you, would highly recommend to everyone!
This facility is the cleanest I have seen! Very good therapy and Nurses. Great recovery for patients that would like short term rehab. They will not keep you forever and use all your benefits. Excellent choice in meals too.
