Best Physical Therapy place in the Valley.. Love all of the people at SMPT. They are very commited to their clients and they put them first. Love both Eva and Felicia as well as Andy and Jose.. Mary the receptionist is very friendly and knows her job extremely well..

Love Eva Orso and her staff! Had my first visit this week, and was welcomed by a friendly staff. The office atmosphere was great and the therapists were very encouraging, even when I couldn't do their exercises!
I went to pt for lower back pain. I was worried I will never get better. After going to South Mountain Physical therapy I got my life back. I learned a lot about my health, body, mind.
