We hired this company for a photo booth, signed a contract, paid in full, and they were a no show no call. We had a ton of bummed kids and parents. We have asked for a full refund. ***update - refund was received. All it would have taken was a 10 second email or text to let us know he was unable to make it. I understand bad things happen, but that is still bad business practice. Tread lightly.
