South Mountain Air saved us thousands of dollars. We had another company out that tried to sell us things we didn't need. They came out, gave us an honest evaluation of our air situation, and affordable options. Completely professional and knowledgeable.
I am not pleased at all about the way the sale & install was handled From SEARS to the install from South Mountain A/C The install was not done the way it was sold to me from SEARS so the communication between the two companies was not handled properly. South Mountain showed up with out a confirmed appointment and when they left I had broken thermostat that still has not been fixed no one has even contacted me about it I don't know if the technician told any body about it it also need to be relocated in order to work properl... read more
