Got in and out very quickly. Staff was knowledgeable and very friendly. I would use this facility again in the future.
My husband came for an inflamed jaw. He asked the woman at the front desk why he had to fill out his information, since he's been here a couple months ago. The woman at the desk said, "if you don't like it, go somewhere else!" VERY RUDE! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!
after reading the reviews on this site, I couldn't believe it. I went to the urgentcare in diberville and was given EXCEPTIONAL care, they took care of me and made me feel welcomed. front desk staff was very friendly and professional and the provider that I saw was very caring and took the time to explain everything. I WILL be coming back to this facility!
If I could give less than one star I would. I brought my son here to be seen in May. The DR came within 3 feet of my son and said he had spider bites. Amazing to see how he could diagnose him in less than a minute standing across the room. As though that were not enough the charged me out of pocket at the time of service close to $100 and then billed my insurance as well. I found the error when I received my EOB discovering they had over charged me. I have been calling them for a month and 1/2 and YET to get a straight answe... read more
This place is terrible. The billing department SUCKS! I have insurance but they couldn't get the fax to go through to verify it. Now that it's been 3 months since the visit they still haven't filed the insurance. They have their money so they don't care.
I have been to his place numerous times. They are unprofessional on every level. A the beginning of the year they would not see me until I paid them $175 dollars because of the new year. My husband paid them cash and a receipt was written. Well 8 months later I'm told they have no record of the receipt book and I owe $200. I have insurance! Don't waste your time or money. I feel like they didn't listen to me and rushed me out of the office with no antibiotics for a sinus infection??? Got to Pharmacy to get the nasal spray prescription filled and even the pharmacist said that this place is a joke. I live out of town and will have to go to my family doctor and pay another copay now when I get home. Cannot believe they are even in business.
I had a sore throat and came in late to be seen. They got me right back and was nice. I will be back.
I received the most outstanding customer service from their staff. The nurse practitioner was great and was able to take care of me. What a wonderful urgent care center, I would recommend it to anyone.
