RecommendedThank you to the amazing Doctors and staff at South Mill! As always Tilly received excellent care with compassion and snuggles for her spay. She walked in happily wagging her tail with Brittany. It’s great to have a clinic she feels happy to walk into without me! She fell asleep sitting up in her cone on the way home.
My treatment was shameful. My dog suffered for 3 weeks with a medication that did nothing to help him. Upon finding a new qualified vet, two tablets of the new medication later he is back to his normal playful self. Not Recommended. I've heard comments from people in the Canfield area who echo my sentiments; that said, it's not my place to speak for them. They have already decided to vote with their wallets and have made other accommodations for their pet's care. Especially in light of the ongoing economic fallout due to Cov... read more

There is a good skill-set in regard to the vets in the two practices; that said, some of the staff need to learn to value long-time customers. My treatment was shameful. Not Recommended. Southmill & Doctors Park are incredible. My pets are well taken care of & when we bring them in, they are treated so well! Will never be able to go anywhere else. & in this time of pandemic, they still are taking care of our pets the best way they can to keep everyone safe. ❤️
they're incredibly responsive to my pets needs, communicative and straightforward about treatment options. They always take care of my whole family including understanding of us bringing our children to appointments. Also, where else can your doggo walk out of surgery with a couture bandage like this one? 😍
When I needed understanding and love, because I got mad about being on hold for 30 minutes and told them so they, being run by women decided I was no longer welcome and a lady who ran the place named Marsha said screw you Ed we don't want you instead of dealing with the facts at hand. Grossly overpriced, very snobbish and caused me as a mentally and emotionally challenged man to experience a great hardship that they could have easily avoided.
