Update: I brought my 13-year-old Shiba Inu, Hachi, in this morning because I was concerned about changes in his gait and increased coughing. I was so grateful they were able to get us in right away. I went in there for a specific reason and a week later I still don't have an answer even though they ran all kinds of tests and charged me $345 and yet I still don't have an answer when I call to find out as to why, I'm received with a rude response as if I'm bothering the person that answered the phone. This is not my first experience with somebody answering the phone that is borderline rude. The staff is great and kind, And they are all patient and knowledgeable. The Vet is nice too and knows her job.
