From the expertise and care to the prices this is one of the best places. We started with a new puppy here and quickly moved our other pets to this office.
Update: I brought my 13-year-old Shiba Inu, Hachi, in this morning because I was concerned about changes in his gait and increased coughing. I was so grateful they were able to get us in right away. The staff is always incredibly friendly, but what really stands out is how genuinely caring and compassionate they are—with both pets and their owners. The Drs and staff are always caring whether my dog is being difficult or cooperative. They have cared for our families animals since 1989 and won't go anywhere else.
We have been customers for years. My dog had eaten a grape over the weekend. When I called them on Monday morning, they said they wouldn't see her and instead, without even seeing my dog, they said I had to go to the ER and the ER would give her IV, etc. All this they "knew" without even seeing my dog. Well, the ER didn't do any of that, just did a blood test and said she was fine, and we had to pay about 2-3 times as much for something that South Mill could have done for us as customers.
