We have been customers for years. My dog had eaten a grape over the weekend. When I called them on Monday morning, they said they wouldn't see her and instead, without even seeing my dog, they said I had to go to the ER and the ER would give her IV, etc. All this they "knew" without even seeing my dog. Well, the ER didn't do any of that, just did a blood test and said she was fine, and we had to pay about 2-3 times as much for something that South Mill could have done for us as customers. We love that Ralphie’s not afraid to go “to the vet”. Everyone is friendly and caring towards our 102 pounds of love! It’s always a great day when he gets treats and back scratches.
My 18 year old pup Kirby is blind and deaf and in stage 4 kidney disease and on meds and IV fluids I give him. They no longer return texts in a timely manner like they use to. Sometimes a couple days goes by before they do. No men employees which is weird but ok. Expensive
