I got the enhanced lens to correct astigmatism. I paid $1000 out of pocket per eye. My left eye was badly injured during surgery. The epithelial layer was punctured by the device he placed on my eye. It then split, involving my entire eye. When it split, it rippled, and that’s how it healed.. in ripples. It resulted in vision much worse than prior to surgery in that eye. 20/60 without glasses. 20/40 with corrective lens. I now have frequent pain in that eye.
