You guys better get on the ball with stuff and hud needs to look into you guys deeply the management is poor and nobody and I mean nobody knows how to keep track of people and I have a strong feeling there is money missing and there claiming people don't pay the amount they do and go back on the conversations they have with you they can never own up the last year with you guys have been horrible and you wonder why the tenants don't like you and respect yall.!
Company seems to be behind on a lot of things I have been at the Bradley House since last May on the 1st when I moved in and had already been accepted after being on the waiting list and I got an email from some random guy at SMHO asking If I was "still interested" in being on the wait list when I have already been moved into this apartment last year, very odd and worrying to me that they dont keep track of whats going on almost like they wanna see people get put on the streets very sad world we are living in
DON'T EXPECT YOUR DEPOSIT BACK WHEN YOU MOVE OUT!!! SO SHADY THAT THEY WOULD SCAM SENIORS OUT OF THEIR DEPOSIT WHEN MOST LIVE ON SOCIAL SECURITY ALONE!! CONSTANT PROBLEMS WITH DIRT COMING OUT OF THE FAUCETS, MICE AND ANTS. TAKE ANY OTHER OPTION FOR HOUSING IF POSSIBLE.
I have made two phone calls and left voice mails to the office of Amity plaza to find out what my rent will be for 2025. No one has replied to me. It's very frustrating to get answers from anyone. We're supposed to make appointments to speak to someone but how can we if no one answers the phone or returns calls? I would like some answers to this very frustrating problem.
