The spring on my garage door broke this morning leaving my vehicle trapped in the garage! Not only did Cesar come out the same day, he was quick, efficient and extremely kind! I will definitely use South Metro again for my needs. Updated review- I’ve contacted Cesar twice via text about an issue and he just left me on “read.” There was no response at all. At least respond and let me know you can’t or don’t want to assist. This is poor customer service and unfortunately, I’ve taken my business elsewhere.

Cesar and his crew did a fantastic job swapping our broken Wayne Dalton torquemaster spring for a traditional torsion spring setup. They were in and out in around an hour, and beat the price of everyone else I received quotes from in the area. My garage door is working perfectly again! 10/10 - great guy, great service, great price.
