I had a mild ankle sprain after a trail run and Vin recommend simple exercises, release the affected muscle tension and gives solid advice on how to treat this for the next 6 weeks. highly recommended!
Great bike fit with Andrew. Even though I am predominately a commuter cyclist, it is something I should have done a while ago. Felt comprehensive and leaves me excited to cycle long distances now that it is significantly more comfortable!
