I had Dr Emma Hattle referred to me by friends and she has been an absolute god send. She is so patient and kind and really listens. I have some complex challenges and she has been so supportive. I really appreciate her so much. She was away on leave and I saw Dr Anna Somerville and she was fantastic as well. She literally turned in her seat and listened to me and made eye contact. Doctor was 25 minutes late and didn’t offer an apology. Receptionist refused to follow up with the doctor upon my prompting. Waiting 25 additional minutes for a 5 minute consultation is abysmal service and professionalism.
Dr Ling Zheng is a wonderful GP. I really appreciated her kindness, patience and thorough care. She took the time to listen to my concerns, explain things clearly and answer my questions. I felt comfortable, respected and well looked after throughout my appointment. Her warmth and professionalism made the whole experience reassuring. Thank you, Dr Zheng, for your thoughtful care—I’d happily recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and compassionate GP.
I was extremely disappointed with Dr Ling Zheng treatment of my young chinese homestay student from China. I wanted to find Haong Su a chinese doctor close to where I live in St kilda, as Haong english is not very strong. He was feeling unwell so I thought taking him to a chinese doctor they could speak chinese to each other and he would get a thorough check over. Highly recommend this wonderful clinic! I am so lucky to have found the South Melbourne Medical Hub today. My Certificate of Capacity had run out last Thursday, and since my regular GP was away on leave, I was feeing stuck. The reception team SanDZ, Sally, and keenly were incredibly lovely, friendly, and welcome me with beautiful smiles. It was an impressive first experience.
