Has anyone else experienced being charged a $100 deposit via Healthengine and then, on the day of the appointment, also being charged the full $140 consultation fee at the front desk, with staff confirming that the deposit would be refunded later? After several calls and emails, the clinic admitted there was an error in their process, but after more than 1 month, the refund has still not been made. The staff here are absolutely fantastic! The doctors are thorough, caring, and professional, and the Reception team are always welcoming, helpful, and extremely kind!!! I’ve consistently had a positive experience and truly appreciate the level of care provided. It’s clear as soon as you walk in the team work hard and genuinely care about their patients. Despite a few negative reviews that seem to come from over-complainers, I’ve only ever had positive experiences here. Thank you for always going above and beyond!
Ditto other report about reception staff. I made an appt with them last week for today at 1pm. Was rung at 10.30am to tell me the appt is cancelled because they didn't have any information on me and that a treatment nurse hadn't been organised. I had rung them also about finding about whether the treatment would be covered by the Health cover. They said they would get back to me. They didn't!
