We had a couple of jobs to be completed, replacing a window pane and adding a cat flap to another window. We ran into problems at the first visit. I called Michael and we agreed on a way forward, which was implemented in a matter of days. We are extremely happy with the end result, found dealing with South Melbourne Glass easy, and will contact them again next time we need a glass pane to be replaced. Highly recommended!
I desperately needed a piece of glass supplied & cut on the spot to repair a l’ouvre window at an air BNB. The young man did not hesitate to help immediately. The service I received was nothing less than 5 star. Caroline in the office was also extremely helpful & polite, the ultimate in customer service. A excellent company. John and Dan were completely professional and helpful from the initial quote through to the installation of four wall mirrors in our Quay West Suites apartment in Melbourne.
