I have used SMG twice now for my businesses and I found them to be very responsive, friendly, and professional. If you look for a local grazier, I would highly recommend SMG. I have tried a few national chains but they are mainly call centre rep without proper understanding about glasses and they would just palm you off into the queue of their sub-contractors.
