The guy I spoke to was very short with me and sounded high. Couldn't even remember prices. No thanks.
Extremely unprofessional and rude. I was trying to help someone clear out their storage unit because they were unable to do it themselves through no fault of their own. We thought the payment had been made on time over the phone, but they claimed it was two days late and said they had no record of it. Even if it was two days late, they refused to make any exception and would not accept payment unless we paid for a full additional month. Seriously THE best I found (and I called dozens), also came highly recommended by a trusted family friend who's been renting there for years.
