I needed to get my dachshund in to be seen but everyone was booked for days. I happened to get in to South Meadow and they treated us like we were life long customers. My dog is doing great and I would highly recommend trusting your animals well being to this great staff of people.

I was exceptionally pleased with the office staff and Dr. Mayes. The staff was extremely professional and friendly, especially Janie, thank you for being kind and patient when answering my MANY questions. A big thank you to Dr. Mayes, who took the time to explain and educate me about Canine parvovirus, also for answering my MANY questions about meds, and giving great advice/tips daily via phone for about 2 weeks. My house is clean. I have no animals in my house that’s ever tested positive for parvo. Nor did I let anyone in their room without taking their shoes off or washing their hands before entering! I have a litter of 8 puppies, they were all healthy and happy up until they went to THIS vet on Tuesday 07/14 and 3 puppies started showing symptoms of parvo on Saturday! 07/18 That is 5 days after going to this vet!! NONE of these puppies were sick until they went to the vet!! And now 1 of them is probably not going to make it!!! Y’a... read more
