Very rude and disregards a lot of serious problems. Not saying a doctor has to be friendly but being disrespectful and making rude comments towards his patients is unacceptable. I know many people that went to him for help and he didn't give proper attention to their problems and ended up getting more serious for them. I wish i can give him a zero star review.
Dr. Eric Leu is extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. He has serious temper problems and often yells at patients instead of listening. I stopped seeing him years ago because of this behaviour, but sadly my family member continued with him. They recently went to him multiple times saying they felt very unwell, but he brushed it off, told them to “just get more sleep,” and insisted nothing was wrong. Unprofessional and Disrespectful, multiple times I have had an appointment at a scheduled time, and still have to wait at least 30 minutes for him. Some of things he says to you makes you wonder if he even cares about his patients. Edit: Why even make an appointment for it to be pushed back and still have to wait an extra hour to see him? You have faster options at a walk-in clinic and at least they will give you some sort of solution to your problem. If I could leave a review lower than 1 star, I would. This doctor is dismissive, especially toward elderly patients. Once you reach a certain age, he not only disregards legitimate concerns but is shockingly rude in the process. A family member of mine, whom we’ll call GG for privacy, is an elderly patient now has mobility issues. When GG requested a Personal Support Worker (PSW), the doctor refused, stating the only help he’d request is a long-term care facility.
