Worst experience I’ve had at a pediatrician. First of all, they never answer the phone. When they do, they immediately put you on hold for 10 at least minutes. Two; They gave my three year old three vaccines in one go, two in the same spot, and he had a bad reaction. Doctor told me it was cellulitis and I was scared but did what she told me. It wouldn’t get better so I had to take him to the ER where they told me he was given the wrong medicine because it’s not cellulitis, it’s a bad allergic reaction. The best part? We have... read more
Every time I make an appointment to see a doctor, I always have to wait for a long time, about 45min .Hope they can improve this
Worse pediatrics place to take your child in, the staff are very rude and don't even know what they doing, and don't know how to talk to people, this community needs to level up, look before you take your child to any of these places, never recommended this place to anyone to bring their kids there, my child and your child life are matters.
Update: Not sure what happened after Dr. Zuniga left, but front desk service is TERRIBLE now. Call several times a day for several days trying to make an appointment. Either no one picks up the phone, or they don't return voice mail messages. Guess I'll have to start going to Sarasota where Dr. Zuniga moved to. The new Dr. here called, left a vm for us to call back since my child tested positive for COVID, we called and were not able to reach her. No vm responses, nothing. Doctors, nurses are amazing Front desk people they are another story calling them to make appointment is impossible. For some reason they are very rude , so opposite of the doctors.
