I have never posted a google review before, however I wanted to post about a local family business who, I believe, deserves recognition. My auto mechanic retired a little while ago and I had been on the search for a trustworthy auto repair shop. I decided to give BBack a try about two years ago and I can see why they receive so much praise. I've always had a fine experience when visiting their garage. Great job on my car trailer. Courteous staff.
Kevin, the owner was very helpful. He listened to me and he worked hard to fix the problem. Best of all, he was able to fix what another mechanic completely missed.
The BBack crew is awesome! It‘s the only place I will take my cars for service and repairs. They keep my cars running well and provide me a loaner to keep me on the road while my car is in their shop. They are always there when I need them.
The BBack Car Care team took care of our pre-purchase inspection and did a very thorough job of communicating us and sharing detailed advice on their valuable time. We will be coming back here for this high quality.
