The staff here is very good at explaining the status of our van repair and the process to get inspection done
The owner Kevin fills your engine with coolant that destroys it If they put coolant in your car and it is now black your engine has been damaged by corrosion
The Bback team is fast, honest, and easy to work with. For the last 8 years they have kept my fleet and personal vehicles running from my new diesel trucks to old gas vehicles that need brake lines and sway bars. If I could leave 10 stars I would, they always answer the phone and always work with me. They will do what they can to get you back on the road and back working. Went to B Back on a neighbor's recommendation. I was very pleased. I had a tricky electrical issue that took some time. Kevin figured it out luckily. They are family owned and really seem to care about the customer. They even text you updates on your vehicle. Very responsive. I wouldnt go anywhere else
