We had pulled pork sandwiches and coleslaw... the pork was some of the best I ever tasted. They also do fresh made ice cream --individually mixed & frozen with nitrogen while you wait! Had to resist that but will get it next time. Jim the owner and his staff were relaxed, helpful, friendly folks.

Had the sampler...great smokey flavor and the meat just fell off the bones. I had the Elvis ice cream which is peanut butter and banana, but you can customize everything so I got it with a chocolate base and peanut butter drizzle. Not only is it delicious, but it stays cold for a super long time...took a cup to go for a friend and it stayed frozen for a half hour drive. I've already been back another 2 times.
What a great place! We ordered a smoked turkey at Thanksgiving and have enjoyed the delicious lunches there. The "Nitro-Cream" is outstanding and fun to watch being made! We are trying a different flavor each time we visit!

Best brisket I have ever had. Worth every penny. Delicious smoked wings too - different from your normal deep fried wings
