We purchased a Segway unit that has turned out to be a lemon... 14 hrs on it n has been to their shop 2x we had to call numerous times... no help from this business to resolve this issue.... this time has been in their shop 3 weeks n now they want even call back.. we was told when we bought this that their reputation n word meant everything. Well n my opinion.... the word of this facility is not good. Soooo disappointed. Here it is almost summer n no unit.
