I walked in to what I thought would friendly place. Wrong. When I walked in there was a young man 12 or 13 working on a tire. Trying to get a tire on his wheel. As I watch I notice he doesn't have any tools. I tell the boy I have a screwdriver in my van. The boy tells me that the shop will not help or let him use a tool. WHAT ARE YOU KIDDING ME.
