I’ve been a patient at this location for 3 years. I chose it because of the flexible hours of operation. I called to ask if they could fill my blood pressure meds for two weeks due to my not being able to get there and the guy by the name of Christopher told me no I had to come in. Today I get there and was refused service because they wanted me to pay for my office visit. I have insurance and have never had to pay before. I have been to this office twice.. first time I called the scheduler name Yvonne gave me an attitude advising me "this was my only option, did i want to schedule or not!" I gave it a second chance.... I attended my appointment, she gave me an attitude in person!! then as someone passed by she changed her tone of voice! She does not need to work at this location as others also complained about her! Rude person to sick people!!

Very poor customer service from a lady name Yvonne. I am not sure how this place can allow a rude person like this to work there. She should have Customer Service equate. I will not be returning to this office !
