Living in the South main apartment, their services and premises were very good. Be careful about the move out plans. I lost much money. I was told to give the rent for 10 days by the office, as the new tenant was moving in next week and I payed exact amount I was told to pay and closed everything and I moved out . Few months later, I got the notice that the new tenant moved in late and I had to pay the rest of the rent. I enjoy living in a convenient location. Safe area. Maintenance has been very responsive to any issue---like dishwasher malfunction, for example. Pretty good neighbors, esp in my building. Variety of ages/ couples/singles/educators/ military/etc and families with kids of various ages, and a sprinkling of retirees. Biggest negative? The apartments are dated ( those white laminate/fake wood trim! kitchen cabinets) and appliances are pretty basic. (That is why 4 instead of 5 stars) Some apartments have upgraded flooring. This is a really nice place to live! My family has been very comfortable in our unit. Rent is affordable, maintenance is outstanding, and the area is safe and clean. The only cons are the sounds of the dumpster being emptied at all hours of the night and the units are a bit outdated visually but all appliances work fine, HVAC works, and the water is good.
