The office staff is amazing. Once approved, I was shown each available apartment to see which one I liked, and they took care of the rest. I am pleased with the support from the office staff and the upkeep of the apartment complex.
I’ve had a great experience living at South Main. The management team is responsive, always quick to address maintenance requests and keep the property well-maintained. Overall, I highly recommend this complex to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-managed place to call home!
Safe place and pet friendly.
This apartment is such an incredible place. My unit is very comfortable. The maintenance is perfect and the place is child friendly. Mark Anthony who is in maintenance is very helpful in fixing my AC and Deanna who is in the office is very accommodating in assisting my application. These two had done an amazing job in preparing my home for my family. Overall, this place is safe and the neighbors are respectful.
My review will speak for itself. I have lived in my beautiful apartment since 2015. Nothing is ever perfect, but South Main Apartments are very close to perfect. SM is a quiet community, has a first class Front Office Management, and a fabulous Maintenance Service. Thank you South Main Management for making living here so very pleasant.
