I have visited this clinic 2 times now and I have nothing but great things to say. My kids have been treated by 2 different doctors and I've dealt with 2 different nurses and secretaries and every single person has been great! Since I don't live in the area my kids can't be perminent patients at the clinic so I use its walk in service. If the wait time is long, they allow you to leave and they will call you when your time is approaching. Very disappointing experience. I called this clinic in the morning and was clearly told that the doctor would see my sick child. Based on that, I drove 30 minutes to get there, only to be told upon arrival that the doctor had already left! This level of irresponsibility is unacceptable, especially when it involves a sick child. They confirmed the appointment and then completely failed to honor it.
