Very disappointing experience. I called this clinic in the morning and was clearly told that the doctor would see my sick child. Based on that, I drove 30 minutes to get there, only to be told upon arrival that the doctor had already left! This level of irresponsibility is unacceptable, especially when it involves a sick child. They confirmed the appointment and then completely failed to honor it. Not sure if the doctors just graduated from school, but the wait time is absolutely ridiculous even if there is only 1 person ahead of you
Waited 2 hours for my appointment i booked a week ago. Nurse grabbed my newborn and ragdolled him. He was so scared. Dont go here whatever you do. They should be shut down
Everything is ok, it just the waiting time is so long, even after booking an appointment. If its 1 time thing, it’s understandable. But its like a habit now. Every time we arrive on time, they keep us on waiting for 40 mins to 1 hour. I mean why should we then book an appointment? It just better to go walk-in and wait there then.
The professionals at this clinics are amazing! The receptionist- such a capable and efficient woman! The doctors are nice too. These people are worthy of their license. Amazing service!
