I am a new patient. So far everything is good, everyone is friendly and I have had no issues with the staff or the NP. She is very polite and professional.

Really bad experience . Never received updates on my results ! Called over 8 times Megan rushed me out the office after 5 minutes didn’t listen to my concerns. seemed frustrated
I think in person they are very nice. But trying to get anything out of them over the phone is almost impossible. Not fully impossible but it feels like it at times. I wait several days at a time without my medication due to the phone issues. I leave a message and half of the time it does get filled on time. (Within 24 hours) but the other half of the time it takes several days. I have had to take off work more than a handful of times to go up there and ask them to send my medication in person.
