I think in person they are very nice. But trying to get anything out of them over the phone is almost impossible. Not fully impossible but it feels like it at times. I wait several days at a time without my medication due to the phone issues. I leave a message and half of the time it does get filled on time. (Within 24 hours) but the other half of the time it takes several days. I have had to take off work more than a handful of times to go up there and ask them to send my medication in person. No one answers the phone despite their website picturing approx 20 employees. I've called 3 times now- on hold for 20+ min to get a voicemail or it to continue ringing during normal business hours. do not recommend
Dr. Dustin Logue , This doctor is amazing. He listens and answers your questions. His staff members are also awesome. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a good Doctor. He can be seen when asking for him only . Enjoy and Best wishes to all clients .
This place is a joke my first time going here was last week I paid to be seen NP up my dose on my medicine an it’s having me sick so I called today to let them know that the medicine is having me sick an can’t function right at work so they gonna tell me I have to pay again just to talk to him an let him know this like WHAT REALLY this the first place I ever heard say that gotta find a better primary care
Dr. Dustins advice for someone with mobility issues and chronic pain was to get a good job with better insurance so he could help. Unprofessional, rude, and incompetent as a doctor. Can't even send referrals to other in network specialists
