Dr Michael Charles was my physician for some time. He literally charged my insurance to just notate my medical records. I did not get any treatment or prescriptions from Dr Charles. Dr. Charles made me feel like he had to choose between treating me or his livelihood. Especially when the boss showed up in street attire during my last appointment, the energy gave u better not help that patient. Marxism says to be successful someone has to suffer. Front desk attendant was horrible. She was rude when I went to my appointment and during a follow-up call. Horrible service. I will never return.
Dr William Barge was incredibly empathetic, patient, and a great listener. The front desk staff were all very friendly and helpful
Wait time is ridiculously long & front staff is very unfriendly & rude!
