The person on call for the ticketing machine needs a reality check. I pushed the button for help. I couldn’t hear her and then she SCREAMED so loud to hold on and was so rude. She kept talking and I couldn’t understand. It was clear she was on the phone with someone else at the same time

Good location in the Loop area, easy to use, not dark and dreary like many parking garages. Located near various train stations, including the Red Line that'll take you directly to Wrigley Field. A bit pricey, but otherwise a good experience.
Easy to use pay online ahead of time. No problems at all.
