Theo was great, attentive to detail and the pressure was just right
I'm writing to report a rotator cuff injury from a "relaxation massage" I received from Theo. During the massage, he twisted each arm behind my back and pushed upward. This was fine on my right side but uncomfortable on the left, but it was over so quickly I didn't say anything. I didn't notice the injury until I reached upward and slightly backward for the bar of the Smith machine about a day later---I couldn't complete the motion and felt searing pain.
